Inspired by my grandfather

Simon (Sì-mon) was my beloved grandfather, a talented tailor who specialised in crafting exquisite suits, consistently remaining fashion forward and always looking impeccably dressed. His esteemed shop was called Casa La Moda, where he worked tirelessly to create stunning garments.

In addition to his tailoring prowess, he would also sing in a band, showcasing his musical talents, and was a well-known ‘nagara’ (a traditional dance that originated in Rajasthan) dancer in his day.

One might say that the creative side of his brain truly flourished, as he found joy in making both music and clothes.

Inspired by his legacy and his joie de vivre, I created this symbolic house, Maison de Sìmon, in his honour, where my own creative itch can bloom and thrive, whether that is with champagne, music or fashion.
